Struggling from bad period pains? Here are some useful home remedies to curb this issue.

  1. Mix 1 tsp Triphala Powder & 1 tsp jaggery with water- grind well to make a paste. Make a ball size of a gooseberry and consume one/daily evening.
  2. Sukumaram Ghee – 1 tsp daily evening.
  3. Drink water boiled with fried fenugreek seeds- during menstrual days.
  4. Drink one ounce juice of squeezed drumstick tree leaves – Daily morning on empty stomach.
